Re: Glitter - A new modern template

I installed glitter, and it works. However, after deleting a download, I got an error, with the main part: OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '.../sabnzbd/interfaces/glitter/templates/status.tmpl' And indeed that file does not exist: $ ll glitter/templates/ total 36 drwx------ 3 sander sa...

Re: Invalid par2 files, cannot verify or repair

I did not post. Must be the forum software acting up. @Hollywoodtas: There was a spammer posting in a lot of threads posts like "Great post. Thank you", probably including this one, so you got a mail. I removed the spammer and his/her postings. After that, you arrived here, and the spam p...

Re: Unable to start Sabnzbd+

@natrin85: what is the output of the following commands on your Linux system: ping6 ::1 ping6 :: ping6 ip6-loopback Reason of my question: To confirm what I said in my earlier post, I disabled my Wifi, so there was only a loopback and no wlan/eth/Internet and no IPv6 to the outside world: sander@sup...

Re: Unable to start Sabnzbd+

IPv6 is enabled, despite your ISP not supporting it. This can sometimes lead to resolving problems. In my experience, SAB's IPv6 binding to :: / ::1 even works with no Internet connection (or a LAN connection) at all. So your ISP has no influence on this So if that IPv6 binding does not work, it is...

Re: My no-ip address ip is not used for SABnzbd Host entry

When I enter my "SABnzbd Host" address with my no-ip address (xxxxxx.ddns.net) Why would you want to do that? Normal options for "SABnzbd Host": 127.0.0.1 or localhost: only listen to connections from PC/Mac 0.0.0.0 (or :: ): also accept connections from LAN, and - if reachable ...

Strangely it reopens the port via UPNP right after i start sabnzbd.
Have you set SABnzbd's Logging to +Debug?

Re: SABnzbd opening UDP ports via UPNP (Fritzbox)

OS is Win7 Here's how to find the name of the process listening on UDP port 49153 on Windows (tested on Windows 8 ): C:\Users\Sander>netstat -aon | find "UDP" | find "49153" UDP [::]:49153 *:* 1488 C:\Users\Sander>tasklist | find /i "1488" mDNSResponder.exe 1488 Servic...

Re: SABnzbd opening UDP ports via UPNP (Fritzbox)

SABnzbd has no code for UPnP and SABnzbd does not use UDP. You could find out which process is listening on port 56973. You can do that with "netstat" On which operating system are you running SABnzbd? Linux: netstat -apon | grep -i -e "listen " Windows netstat -aon | find /i &qu...

What makes you think SABnzbd is opening an UDP-port via UPnP?
homi79 wrote: In my case it is UDP 56973.
And what is running on UDP port 56973? Probably not SABnzbd, so what would be the use for SABnzbd?

Re: Why does SABnzbd contact Google every time an NZB is add

I created two dummy addresses in my domain: $ host sabtesting4.appelboor.com sabtesting4.appelboor.com has address 11.12.13.14 $ host sabtesting6.appelboor.com sabtesting6.appelboor.com has IPv6 address 2001:2002::2003:2004 And that works: ipv4host = "sabtesting4.appelboor.com" ipv6host = ...

Maybe we should just use ipify.org with an option to disable it for the paranoid.
1) The Google stuff and ipify are different things.
2) Both only happens with log_level() > 1, so NOT by default, right?

Re: Howto: multicore par2 on Debian, Ubuntu & derivatives

TL;DR: I think debhelper and dh-autoreconf should be installed too. So: sudo apt-get install devscripts build-essential git debhelper dh-autoreconf Long : I put the commands into a script, and running it, I get this (on Ubuntu 15.04-to-be): + uscan --force-download uscan warning: In debian/watch, no...

Re: SQL Command Failed

I checked line 111 of sabnzbd/database.py and it says: logging.error(Ta('SQL Command Failed, see log')) logging.debug("SQL: %s" , command) logging.info("Traceback: ", exc_info = True) So I would really expect something with "SQL" in your sabnzbd.log (if set to +Debug) T...
