Re: unpacking across network behavior
Yeah, I've watched the files getting copied. Running SAB on that server is not a good idea since almost all the files I download stay on this machine, only the TV shows get put on the network mount. would the post-processing script be something as simple as #/bin/sh mv $argv /path/to/network/mount ?...

unpacking across network behavior
I recently set sabnzd to copy completed files in the "TV" category to a network mount, but the problem is the way that this is done is 1) the rars are unpacked to the network mount, then the file on the network mount is COPIED out of the unpack directory into the final directory, and final...

Re: Post processing doesn't seem to work properly - Mac OS 10.5
Can I simply replace the binary that is embeded in the SABnzbd package, or is there some way to simply point it at the unrar binary I have installed in /opt/local/bin/ ??shypike wrote: Replace the unrar for OSX?

Re: Post processing doesn't seem to work properly - Mac OS 10.5
I've noticed that quiet often sabnzb+ fails to process an unrar event. At that point, the only way to recover is to shut down sabnzd+, kill the stuck unrar process from the CLI, manually unrar the files (I never see any error on the manual unrar), move them aside, and then restart sabnzd+. By 'quit...

Re: sab handles identical filenames incorrectly
If there is any sort of error in extraction though, shouldn't the rars and pars be preserved?switch wrote: unrar is set to not overwrite files when extracting which I disagree with too. I'll look into having it changed.

Re: 0.00GB on Temp?
It's a reaction to the Operating System telling SABnzbd that it cannot write a file. So either disk full or no permission to write on /Users/syth/Desktop/usenet/incomplete But the disk is not full (No where near, 30-70GB free at all times) and the permissions do not change between stopping sabnzbd ...

Re: List of Third-Party Addons
I can highly recommend Episode Butler from http://episodebutler.janoz.com OK, it's a bit rough around the edges (missing a lot of docs) but taht looks very very nice. Do you know what the "quality" settings correspond to? For example, i only download Heroes in 720p, but most stuff in nor...

Re: Warning generated with watched folder.
Thanks I was having the exact same problem, I was coming here to report that bug also... I'm using too as IPSec VPN connection to copy my nzb to my server and I get warning too, what I do is change the name by adding a character at the end of the filename and SABnzbd recatch it and process it. I se...

Re: 0.00GB on Temp?
I am using Plush. It happened again, so I was able to see what happened. Once the warning icon shows up, any further downloads fail with write errors: 2008-08-20 01:48:13,319::ERROR::[assembler] Disk error on creating file /Users/syth/Desktop/usenet/incomplete/... repeated over and over for each fi...

0.00GB on Temp?
When downloading I sometimes see a warning icon (triangular European style road sign) next to 0.00 GB Free (Temp) 56.39 GB Free Space . All the directories for sabnzbd are on the same drive (/) and it has lots of space. The icon only appears sometimes, and only when downloading. Once it appears, I ...

Re: [0.4.2] Mac OS X no long connects on http://localhost:8008/sabnzbd/
Forgot to reply back. 0.0.0.0 did work. I still don't know why it changed from 0.4.0, but at least it is working now. Thanks!

Re: [0.4.2] Mac OS X no long connects on http://localhost:8008/sabnzbd/
My system is connected to a router, but my system has an external DNS name on my own domain. This is how I ssh into my machine, access its web client, and access screen sharing and such. All of this works, except for Sabnzbd, which does not seem to see both the internal (localhost/LAN IP) and the ...

Re: [0.4.2] Mac OS X no long connects on http://localhost:8008/sabnzbd/
I'm not sure I fully understand your issue/network setup, but it could be an ipv6 issue of some sort. No, I have ipv6 disabled. Basically, in 0.4.0 I was able to enter localhost, me.dyndns.org, me.mydomain.tld into the hostname field and that worked. I could access sabnzbd from localhost on my ow...

Re: [0.4.2] Mac OS X no long connects on http://localhost:8008/sabnzbd/
Hmm.. no replies on the post. Basically, in 0.4.2 it is impossible to access sabnzbd remotely as I did with 0.4.0. Any hostname value other than locoalhost or a LAN IP means the webface is not accessible. I can access my apache on port 80 using my dyndns name, and I was able to access sabnzbd on ...

[0.4.2] Mac OS X no long connects on http://localhost:8008/sabnzbd/
Since installing 0.4.2 I either have to connect to LAN IP for en0 or to LAN IP for en1 or to LAN IP for en2. Seems to be random which one. it will not connect to http://localhost:8008/sabnzbd/ currently it's on http://10.0.2.1:8008/sabnzbd/ (en2, or Airport, LAN IP) also, my download queue was cle...
