This feature is something that I'd find handy as well. At the very least, I'd just like it that the 'force' priority overrides / ignores any speed limit that's currently in place. However, I can also understand that not everyone might want it to work that way though, so ideally I'd just like to see ...

It's still not fixed in RC2, although it's supposed to be resolved in the final release.

Your easiest option is to probably just use one of the [many] NZB search engines to find what you're looking for, and just re-add it to your queue that way.
