Dev,
is it possible to start working with multipar? I installed multipar a while ago ans came to the conclusion that it repairs alot quicker than par2.exe
Maybe an option for the beta 3 version of SABnzbd?
Keep up the good work!

Would you like to do some benchmarking for us?
Edit: Major requirement for SABnzbd is that we must have a CLI option.
Usage
c(reate) [f,fu,r,n,p,m,c,d,in,u] <par file> [input files]
v(erify) [ d,i,u,b] <par file>
r(epair) [m,d,i,u,b] <par file>
l(ist) [u,h] <par file>
Option
/f : Use file-list instead of files
/fu : Use file-list which is encoded with UTF-8
/r<n> : Rate of redundancy (%)
/n<n> : Number of parity volumes
/p<n> : First parity volume number
/m<n> : Memory usage
/c"*" : Set comment
/d"*" : Set directory of input files
/i : Recreate index file
/in : Do not create index file
/u : Console output is encoded with UTF-8
/b : Backup existing files before repair
/h : List hash value of input files
I thought that they just referenced that.

I'm not sure which multipar you are referring to.
Could you leave a link to it's website?
I'm curious if it's a only-windows tool or if it's also available for *nix.
Cheers

In the past two weeks I downloaded multiple files wich had *.pa3 files.
Only with multi-par I was able to use them.

Multipar is Windows-only.
I'm not sure it's a good idea to start supporting non-standard methods.
