Since upgrading to OS X Yosemite (10.10), and using 0.7.19RC3, and 0.7.19RC4 (possibly also 0.7.18, I dont remember exactly when I did the 10.10 upgrade) I am no longer getting emails for completed RSS added jobs.
I have it set to email when a job is added, other, and completed.
Added emails arrive just fine, completed never arrive.
Using gmail that has previously worked fine for several years now. Added 2-factor auth when it was enabled on gmail, and sabznbd had been working fine with that a well.
Using smtp.gmail.com:587 as per wiki. As noted been working fine for several years.
Also have tried using an ISP provided email, which does work the same (added, but not completed).
On occasion, both working emails will not even work with the 'test' button, logs generally note failed authentication, and rarely unable to connect.
Not sure where the problem lies, but it only became an issue after moving to OS X Yosemite.
Any guidance, or is it possible to add more debugging to help with email that I missed?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Email is not SABnzbd's strongest point,
there's such wild variety in email servers.
I'm not sure whether Yosemite is the issue, the OS does almost nothing in this area.
Given the intermittent problems, maybe SABnzbd should just retry more often.
I'll look into it, but a solution may take a long time.

Used gmail for that entire time, only tried my ISP email to try and troubleshoot it.
In any case, I hope you are able to figure it out, I really love that feature!

However the above issue is due to a blunder in the email test code,
but it has nothing to do with Yosemite.
The "test" issue will be fixed in the next release (next weekend).
