Hi.. Installed SNZB version 0.8.0Beta5 everything was fine.. installed sickbeard (SB).. still fine.. then I connected my VPN tunnel.. to my surprise SB still works but SNZB breaks with the following errors:

When I disconnect the VPN.. it comes back on again.. like nothing happened.. luckily this was a different VM.. my previous install works fine with the VPN.. (obviously with the older version of SNZB).. I've tried changing the ports, Ip address as well as the IP address it listens on no luck.. trying to change it to the loopback address doesn't work either

Ifconfig output prior to VPN..

Ifconfig output with vpn turned on:

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0c:29:86:58:7c

netstat output is as follows:

Ubuntu01:~$ netstat -apn|grep 7272 | grep LISTEN
(Not all processes could be identified, non-owned process info
will not be shown, you would have to be root to see it all.)
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:7272 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 2913/python

Is this a bug or have I missed something?

Thanks

To which IP addres do SABnzbd resp Sickbeard bind? So: localhost, or 127.0.0.1, or 0.0.0.0, or ... ?

Hi.. thanks for the response.. I've changed the ip address several times.. started with local host and then assigned an local ip address.. each time I changed it.. I also changed it on the config page and the autostart file in /etc/default/sabnzbdplus

currently it's set to 0.0.0.0
