Contents of scripts and complete downloads disappeared.

Hi, I have been using sabnzbd with couch potato and sick beard for a while now successfully. Today I noticed my tv shows were not being treated properly after download. Upon closer inspection I noticed that my script and completed downloads folders were totally empty. Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened? I run sabnzbd on Ubuntu server and definitely did not remove those files myself.

Do you happen to have the "complete" folder as a sub folder of "temporary download folder"?
In some circumstances this can lead to odd behaviour.
The 0.7.0Beta's already forbid this setup.
