Hello there.
I'm very new to Sab & Usenet.. I am running UBuntu Server with SabNzbd and I will get the error "Unpacking failed, an expected file was not unpacked' sometimes.. When I perform a manual 'retry' sometimes it rebuilds.. I have tried turning off '64 bit tools' in config - special.. Didn't help.. It's strange because it only happens sometimes.
Any help anyone can provide is very appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Is the reported file actually missing or is it unpacked anyway?

Sometimes if repairing doesn't work and I just re-download the NZB it works... Same NZB..

On my system, with the current SAB (0.8.0 Beta3), the NZB you provided downloaded without problems
