Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
I downloaded that post, and I have no problems with my SAB 0.7.14 on Ubuntu. See below.
So maybe your par2 or unrar is different than mine?

Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
FWIW: I ran SAB 0.7.14 for Windows on Wine on Ubuntu, with only eweka as newsserver, and all was successful.
Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
Confirmed for this NZB. The naming is slightly different from what is expected.
Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
@shypike - you've confirmed the bug do you mean??
Do you still want me to email you the nzb, or are you working on a fix??
Thanks for looking at this

Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
Got it and a fix is on its way.
Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
looking forward to the fix, getting alot of what I hope are false encrypted hits.
Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
I've been having this issue too, I'm running 0.7.13. Glad there is a fix on the way.
Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
I'd like to add my name to this list as well - strangely enough it appears to be mainly affecting recent BluRay rips (at least for me anyway). If I force SABNZBd to resume from pause once or maybe twice, it does eventually finish downloading and post-processing is all fine. FYI, I'm running 0.7.14 on Windows.
I too am glad that a fix is on its way. Thanks shypike.

Good to know you're already looking at this one =)
Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
I have been running into this often and thought it was just bad files until I found this thread.
Updated to 0.7.16 and still running into the issue. I've emailed [email protected] with the nzb file from pttrtim at gmail dot org.

Re: False encryption detection in 0.7.14
Another variant of an ill-advised packing method, resembling the dirty tricks of stealth-encryption posters.
Will be fixed in the next release.
