What do I need to do. It isn't opening anymore.

We've had a few of these report and are completely puzzled.
Two possible solution have been reported:
Disable GateKeeper.
Use the Yosemite version.

Are you already on 10.11.4?

I weren't on 10.11.14, but just updatet. Works fine now.

Right, we found out that the El Capitan build was done on a Beta version of 10.11.4
instead of on the retail version. That may explain the problem.
