Correction - it turns out CouchPotato was snagging some music files because they were being moved by default to the movies folder....

Having it on OSX strange, because OSX (like Unix) isn't paranoid about renaming folders.
Do you have some more details?
BTW: 0.5.6 is the naming issue also.
On WHS it's very bad, but my guess is this is caused by the Drive Redirector,
especially if you have folder duplication on.

I'll check what's going on in the history view.

To add to the mix, I too am now experiencing this issue.
Was using WHS (Orig), worked great for a couple of years. Just wiped and installed to WHS 2011.
UnPack errors on both .56 and the new .6 versions...

I have two HD's, not Drive Bender or pooling. Tried turning off Search/Indexing but didn't seem to fix it..

More of an FYI, not complaining, as i love the product...(SAB..)

It really is a Windows problem.
In 0.5.6, turn it the renaming off like this:
http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/configure-special
Release 0.6.0 has a visible option in Config->Switches.

I'm having this issue. Nothing was being indexed, but MS Security Essentials is running. I'd rather keep that running, so for now I selected to NOT rename the folders with the added option in CONFIG. I'm downloading a few things now so hopefully this folder rename option fixes the issue.
