show links while in queue, not only after download

Hi,

i have automated apps like episodebutler and CouchPotatoe that add items to the SAB queue from newzbin.
Sometimes it would be helpful to check the Reports while they are still in the queue.

We stopped adding more newzbin.com support when they became newzbin2
and are no longer the leader of the pack.

i meant it more as a general idea and suspected that showing the links in the history is a feature for other index sites aswell.

There's often not a one-to-one relation between the download link and the report link.
We prefer not to hard-code support for indexers at all.
For newzbin and nzbmatrix it was more or less unavoidable.
We still don't like it and prefer to keep it to a minimum.
