Preview: Plush 3.0 for SABnzbd+ 0.5

Plush is ready for a SABnzbd 0.5 alpha now. I don't have plans to add anything else, but I will constantly be refining it before release. If anyone wants to jump in and correct display issues, wait a little while longer for the 0.5 alpha, I will be most appreciative.

Issues:

* NZB upload doesn't work in Opera
* Layout issues in the main menu, different in every browser
* "Show Priorities" toggle for the queue doesn't work in conjunction with other templates, must delete cookie first

Pair of dimes - This template looks really cool. I'm probably a little late to the table here, but if you'd like any help with the css or artwork I'm more than willing to pitch in. I'm pretty sure I can sort out your main menu problems. PM me if you're interested.
