Are you using SABnzbdX to monitor a remote or a local SABnzbd ?
Does the port is filled in host:port field ?

Try to :
- quit SABnzbdX
- remove this file : /Users//Library/Preferences/org.sabnzbd.team.plist
- restart SABnzbdX and reconfigure your preferences

Yea No go. Also on Snow Leopard and a Macbook btw. I could send my plist and the .ini thing, but I don't know where to find the .ini?

I have the same can't connect issue with SABnzbdx v. 1.2.5 and SABnzbd 0.4.12
SABnzbdx won't connect to a local SABnzbd (wich resides in /Applications)
the older SABnzbdx version 1.2.4 works without any problems.
Maybe there is something wrong with the path to the SABnzbd app (or with the read/write permission) with the newer version.
btw I'd really appreciate to see the feature back to enter the path to the SABnzbd application as this isn't possible in v.1.2.5 anymore. (perhabs in an advanced tap in the preferences).

FYI, I reverted to 1.2.4 and it works fine.  1.2.5 never would connect.

Strange, I've not changed anything, the only diff between 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 is the compilation in 64 bits...
I'll try to see if I've messed something...

Also, I'm not sure whether or not this is a good idea (I don't know how it works exactly), but could you put 1s refresh rate as well?

Same problem as others with 1.2.52 - can't connect to remote SABnzdb. Fresh installation, never tried the program before.

Found 1.2.4 on the site and downloaded that - working fine.

It doesn't work if you try using the keyboard shortcut for paste, but you can right-click in the API field and paste.

Hi raf,

The version you just posted works almost perfectly except for one thing. I monitor 4 sabnzbd instances. 2 run on port 8080 1 runs on port 80 and the last runs on port 8081. The instances running on 8080 and 80 show up fine, the one running on 8081 shows as inactive. It worked perfectly in 1.2.4.

Are all your sabnzbd on your local network ?
Could you tell me for each instance if you're using login/pass, API key and if it's local or remote ?
