[REQ] Removal of old episodes

I am looking for some script to delete old episodes from the folder to which they are downloaded as soon as the new one is put in there.

So for example showxxx.s01e01 is present in my \TV\ folder
When showxxx.s01e02 is released and downloaded and unpacked to that folder the old one needs to be deleted.

Is that possible??

If you don't won't to do it in batch you can pass the parameters to some c++ code, then it's quite easy.
