Unpacking episodes while the rest of the season downloads

Post by Pulse »

I started using SABnzbd this week and I'm really enjoying it, just one question.

If I'm busy downloading an entire season of a TV show and SABnzbd finishes downloading the .rar files for episode 1, is there any way to get it to extract that episode to the complete folder while it continues on with the next episode?

So far post-processing has worked fine in extracting everything else, it's just this one thing I can't seem to get working.

Sure.
http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/config/switches/
Uncheck "Pause Downloading During Post-Processing".
That should work as you need.
Cheers

It depends.
If all of your episodes are in one big NZB, then the answer is no.
If each episode is in a separate NZB file, then: yes it will do things in parallel.
