0.6.9 on WIn just stops downloading

Version: 0.6.9
OS: Win7
Install-type: Windows Installer

Firewall Software: Win7
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? (yes)

Files just stops downloading. No errors or warnings in the logs. Program restart usually resolves, but a pain when you think it's downloading for days or weeks only to find it stopped and must be restarted.

Anyone else having this or know how to resolve?

Possibly you have a Usenet server that doesn't answer when articles are missing.
Do you have multiple servers defined?
Also, when downloading stops, does adding a new NZB result in downloading of that new NZB?
Check the option Config->Switches->"Only get articles for top of the queue".
Make sure it's off, unless you have a low-memory system (not likely with an average Win7 system).

Its the oddest thing. Today the program would not even start downloading again when using the restart command in the browser interface. I noticed the windows task manager showed the program never restarted. I had to force quite the app and start it manually.

Hard to tell.
I know there can be an issue when one of the servers is off-line or behaving strangely.
Are any of the servers off-line often?
