Error Message

Postby pye47 » May 18th, 2012, 6:12 am

Hi, I'm new to all of this but been using it for a while (someone set it up for me). I am getting an error message - invalid username or password. I haven't changed them since I started using sab. Is there a way I can check/change them?

When do you get this?
When trying to access SABnzbd web interface?
When trying to download something?
Which operating system do you use?
Which version of SABnzbd?

I get it when trying to download something. I use Astraweb if that makes any difference,
Which operating system do you use? Windows 7
Which version of SABnzbd? 0.6.15

Thanks for helping!

Is your Astraweb subscription still valid?
Check the Astraweb user name and password in Config->Servers.
As you cannot see the password (***), enter it again.

Money came out of my account for the vip subscription so I'm assuming it's still valid.
I checked the config->servers and re-entered the password, even though I saw it as ********
I saved my settings and tested the connection, but got this message:
502 Invalid username or password

That comes directly from Astraweb.
Try to check your account here:
