Option: Start another download if speed is below [___]

Sometimes I get a really slow download, and it always seems to be a huge file. (sometimes with missing parts)
If I move another download to the top, it starts grabbing files for both jobs, and the speed increases greatly.
Seems like there could be a script to do this, or an option built into the option menu, where you can set a cutoff.
Currently, my downloads get done a lot faster if I babysit them, and promote one up the queue, every time I see a slow one.
I feel like I could train a monkey to do it for me... with enough bananas and time.
Please help. I cannot afford that many bananas, and I have very little time!

Maybe you could try the new Automatic Sorting based on Percentage Completed? This way you can auto sort newer jobs to the top.

How many bananas can you afford?

And on which OS are you running SABnzbd?

I'm running the "linuxserver" docker, on unraid.
So...Linux, I guess.
It's pretty functional. Like I can easily run command line in the docker itself, if I need to. I have easy access to the docker filesystem, as well as the host.

I only have "sort by % downloaded most to least" in my sort menu. Which would leave the slow download at the top like I'm getting currently.

Actually the whole thing would be solved if SABNZBD would allow me to have three nzb's at once downloading.
But I know that's been brought up a million times and the team doesn't want to do that.
My usenet provider allows 50 connections. I have fiber internet, 48 cpu cores, 128gb of ddr4 ecc..... and NVME drives. Why are you limiting me to a single download, again?

Wow! How much bananas is that?

We are not limiting to a single NZB, we just try things in FIFO order for each server. If the server has done all it can, it will move to the next download.
There's no proper way to keeping track of which server still needs to be tried while respecting server priorities.
It's not about not wanting to implement this.

You misunderstand. This server is the reason WHY I cannot afford the bananas. (or any more monkeys)
Please send help yesterday.

Awesome. Where's the setting to choose how many NZB's at once?
I wish I had known you don't limit this! I should have changed this setting long ago, but I Guess I just keep missing it.
