Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

The IP address refused by SAB
My setup has been working without issue for years, but now the IP address I use for remote access to all of my services is being refused by SAB. I've whitelisted it in the Special section of settings, but that didn't work. So now I can't queue any downloads or access SAB from any outside devices. Help?

I have the same but only since the latest Windows 11 update (2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034848))on my Plex server. If I remove this update then I can connect from another PC. I can still connect if I use 127.0.01 from the Plex server.

This site can’t be reached192.168.0.102 took too long to respond.

Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

why don't you use http://127.0.0.1:8080 ?
