As the title states. The links are always broken for the OS X Source for versions 0.6.0 and above. Also, if I manually browse the sourceforge directories the OS X Source isn't present.
Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not sure an osx-specific tarball is really needed anymore. If you really want to run from source on OSX the standard source tarball should work.

My assumption was that the OSX source tarbal wasn't really used.

It is extremely useful for putting SABnzbd on the iPhone easily. If it's no trouble could you provide the 0.65 OS X source?
