Release 0.4.0RC5 is available

Yes, we said there wouldn't be another RC 
However, we think we finally cracked the SSL problems.
The bad recovery from a broken internet connection is fixed.
And it looks like the speed is up too.
OK, it brushes up Plush too (again).
If this release presents no new problems, the light is green for 0.4.0Final.
The short-list:
- SSL fix
- Plush improvements
- Warning indication on all pages
- Fixed crash on Linux when "download" or "complete" folders are unmounted volumes.
