Growl is not OSX only. It's now available on Windows. I don't know if Sabnzbd supports it.
Edit: Sabnzbd-Growl is not supported on Windows yet.

Re: Sabnzbd Growl
Does my request make sense? With iChat and Chax installed, when you get a Growl notification, clicking it opens the message window so you can reply. Clicking "x" closes the notification. With Growl + Gmail notifier, clicking a new mail notification opens that message in your web browser. W...

Sabnzbd Growl
I suggest that when we get certain notifications like "Download Completed" that clicking the notification window opens the download folder, or begins playing a downloaded movie.. etc etc. You can do this kind of linked notification with other applications on growl, I think Sab should do th...

Priority Internet Connection
I have a 4 mbps wireless connection and a 20 mbps wired connection. When I am downloading a file from the wired connection and want to speed things up, I switch to wired. However, sabnzbd does not switch from the wireless to wired until I restart it. Can we prioritize one type of connectivity?

Unrar to extract while downloading on OSX
Anyone know of an app which can extract multirar archives, pause if the next rar is not available, and refresh and resume extracting once it is downloaded? This is for OSX.

Pause Downloading During Post-Processing Feature
I think we can make this one better. Most SAB users need this option for two reasons: 1. They have such high download speeds that their system slows down if their hard drive has to download and post-process at the same time. 2. Their system slows down if they have multiple jobs post-processing at th...

view in GB not MB or KB
I tried a search to see if this was already mentioned. I don't know if this is an available option, but can we do a cleanup of the way file size is displayed? On my sabnzbd window I see cache size in bytes and queue in megabytes. Download speed is the only one intelligently displayed - it shows in M...

Handling nzbs in watched folder in case of auto-unzipping
Safari has an "auto-unzip" feature and will take downloaded zip files and extract them to a folder of the zip file's name. When downloading multiple nzbs from newzbin, there is an option to compress all of them to a zip. This zip file is never picked up by sab because safari will automatic...

Re: Sign up to become an Official SABnzbd Tester
I would like to be a tester. I am on a high-speed connection (20Mbps+) running on a MBP. I have some basic python knowledge but it is not my field. Mainly, I would like to ensure the continued robustness of SAB on both OSX and high speed connections.

Automatic Pause when Extracting
Hi, for computers with high speed connections (15MBps) the hard drive begins to throttle system performance when it begins to extract while simultaneously downloading. I assume this may happen to slow computers that are trying to assemble files from the download queue while extracting another job, s...
