Re: folder_max_length affects files since 0.7.17

Neat! I was wondering though, will there be any changes to this or will it just not affect files ;D ?

folder_max_length affects files since 0.7.17

since 0.7.17, folder_max_lengthstarted truncating file names I've set it at 64 instead of default 128, using sabnzbd on Windows 7 SP1. When I download this NZB , and after post-processing is done (it's extracted in my Completed Download Folder ), some file names are truncated, their extension and so...

Re: better handling of post processing jobs

Thanks for clarification!
This is the last major feature I'm waiting for in SABnzbd, as I have been using it for 2+ years with much pleasure :)

Re: better handling of post processing jobs

This is the roadmap: http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/roadmap Keep in mind that this a volunteer's project, with currently very few volunteers. Timing promises are the hardest. I see thanks for roadmap link. And I suppose you're talking about the AutoSplit feature, I was wondering if this is requires the So...

Re: Single history entry deletion

Changed it myself, it was annoying me that much :-\ I changed the behavior of the delete button, it will now Remove NZB directly on the first click for successful downloads (no popup box / confirmation). The popup box with the option to Remove NZB or NBZ+Files will still be there for failed download...

Re: NZB Download Deluxe

Just installed it, and first impression is really good ;D I've a couple of remarks though, if you don't mind (using NZBdd incombination with SABnzbd 0.6.15) When first starting the program it did not have any settings imported/read from SABnzbd, all fields were either empty or had some default value...

unrar & par2 x64 versions

Hey, I'm running on Windows 7 x64 and sabnzbd is not using the x64 versions of unrar & par2, just the regular ones in ( SABnzbd\win\par2\par2.exe and SABnzbd\win\unrar\unrar.exe ). I've read that sab should be using the x64 version on x64 OS'es by default, but it doesn't here. Is there a differe...

[Solved]Web-interface inaccessible

Hey, My sabnzbd web interface is inaccessible, and just that. Since it will still automatically load nzbs when put in the watched folder, downloading and post-processing still works fine. I just can't view / edit anything using the web-interface. It just keeps 'connecting' and after a while Firefox ...

Re: Pause individual articles

I agree that (un)pausing the files would be a nice addition rather then deleting them.
And wb, we're talking about files instead of articles because articles are the small parts that files consist of while downloading from (or uploading to) usenet.

Re: Connection retry option

Or rather this doesn't work, because now at every download glitch it'll stop 10 minutes.
Also I've experience weird queue deletion when a download glitch occurred.
With download glitch I mean any missing article, server connection problem, etc

Connection retry option

Hey, I see only 1 option that might affect this behavior which is in servers config tab, the option called Timeout. I've set this to 120seconds but it still seems to retry each ~11 seconds. But that probably because my error isn't really a timeout, but this one: 2011-06-28 19:00:38,151::ERROR::[down...
