Are you running the latest release of Media Rover, 0.4.1?  I thought this problem had been corrected.  In any case, you can ignore it as MR has already successfully sorted the episode. I stand corrected. It seems OSX doesn't like files built on windows machines and copied to it remotly. Redid my config on the machine itself and it works ok now.
