Hi!
Is it possible to disable a server? So not removing it but make sabnzbd not using it for downloading.
best regards

Monthly download statistics, with transfer limit check...
Hi! If you have a usenet account with e.g. 20 GB limit, it would be interesting to see, how much of the 20 GB you have downloaded already in the current month/period. Usually the "month" does not start at the 1st, but at the day you subscribed, e.g. the 12th. Second problem is, that you co...

download freeze
Hi! I like the 0.4 Releases very much, but I have a problem with the downloads. It always works for 4 or 5 downloads, but after a couple of hours, the download stops. There are still items in the queue, but it doesn't download anymore. Download speed still displays a typical download rate, but it do...

That's really great, thank you so much - looking forward to test it!shypike wrote: Category sub-folders in the "watched folder" (aka blackhole) will be in Beta3.

Re: Move to NAS/server
Why don't you run SABnzbd on your NAS? Works like a charme here (Synology DS207)

plush design "a little bit too dynamic"?
Hi! I really like the 0.4 updates, all of them, very nice features added. Nice work! I also like the plush update. But in my opinion it has a little bit too much magic, too much mouse-over, too much Ajax. I'd recommend to reduce the number of effects a little bit, and use some static information her...

Re: what about extra nzb directories for categories?
I think it would be interesting for many people, what about posting it here? I'm thinking about writing a patch to make category folders work in sabnzbd. It's quite simple, I think you only have to change about 10 lines. http://sabnzbdplus.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sabnzbdplus/trunk/main/sabnzbd/mi...

what about extra nzb directories for categories?
Hi! I like the new categories-feature. But usually I simply put a .nzb file into my nzb directory which is loaded automatically from sabnzbd. But if I want to use different categories, I also have to login to sabnzbd and change the category. So what about using category specific nzb directories, so ...

SABnubd does not scan NZB directory anymore
Hi! I have no idea why, but SABnzbd (0.3.4) does not scan my nzb directory anymore. I installed it on a Synology DS207 (python source) and it worked nice, but suddenly no nzb files are loaded anymore. The last setting I canged was deleting .db files at cleanup (thumbs.db). I also tried different nzb...

How to use "nice"?
Hi! I have SABnzbd running on my NAS (Synlology DS207), it works pretty good if I use a non-Ajax theme, but allways when it's verifying files or unpacking, the whole system becomes very slow (even downloading needs 30-60% CPU load on that 266 MHz PPC). But when it unrars, other software becomes pret...

using nice for unrar, par2...
Hi! Especially on slower NAS boxes extracting or verifying large files takes some time and most of the CPU. So other processes (e.g. a streaming movie) get problems (e.g. movie stops often...). What about putting something like "nice 5" in front of the calls of external binaries like unrar...

Re: 0.3.1 uses 100% CPU also if nothing is downloaded/verified/unpacked
Do you use a "black-hole" dir (dirscan dir)? If so, what is its scan rate? 10 seconds. Do you have many non-NZB files in this "black-hole" directory? No, only nzb, and the directory is empty when nzb is loaded. What was the behaviour of previous SABnzbd versions? I'll test that....

0.3.1 uses 100% CPU also if nothing is downloaded/verified/unpacked
Hi! I have a performance problem with SABnzbd+ 0.3.1. I'm running it on a DiskStation (DS207 PPC, 128MB), and it often uses 100% CPU, also if I don't download anything (downloads paused), and nothing else is done (extracting, verifying...). I'm currently waiting for 10 minutes until it shuts down af...
