Re: Postprocessing fails, I don't know why, since update to

Is there an archive where I can download older versions of Sabnzbd? Since I cannot see a way of getting useful logging information that helps locate the exact source of the problem, I probably will step back :(

Re: Bugs: UnicodeDecodeError: invalid continuation byte

Nearly correct sander, I posted to both threads at the same time, I already answered in the other thread: http://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=20520&p=105431#p105431 Thanks for any ideas, this is really an annoying issue. Btw, I use a German Windows Server 2003 system, but Sabnzbd s...

Re: Postprocessing fails, I don't know why, since update to

It seems not to be related to the name of the nzb file. As far as I can see, it also happens if I rename a NZB file to "1.nzb". The file gets downloaded, but not unrared or par2-ed, and it is not moved to my destination folder. So somewhere in the queue, this fails. And yes, it used to wor...

Re: Bugs: UnicodeDecodeError: invalid continuation byte

I am currently having the same problem with a fresh install of the latest 1.0.0 version on my Windows Server 2003, any way to fix this? It stops moving / repairing my files when this happens, here is a log: How can I fix this? :( 2016-04-09 13:03:29,398::INFO::[__init__:941] Saving data for postproc...

Postprocessing fails, I don't know why, since update to 1.0

Hi, all my jobs seem to fail when sabnzbd tries to unpar the files to my destination folder. After a job is finished, the files are in the TEMP folder, and when I manually download the PAR2-files (which are deleted unfortunately), I can repair them manually. But why does the automatic repair/Moiving...

Re: sabnzbd loses settings after Upgrade from 0.72 to 1.0.0

I assume this might be because I installed sabnzbd twice? I installed it in the first place, but I interpreted the message that in the first run, it would uninstall the old version. After that, I reinstalled without starting before, maybe that is a problem? Nevertheless, it is disappointing that it ...

sabnzbd loses settings after Upgrade from 0.72 to 1.0.0

Hi, I have found that sabnzbd loses every setting I ever made when updating from 0.72 to 1.0.0 on my Windows home server, even my ini and ini.bak file are the same, both with no valuable content. Is there another copy stored anywhere? How do I get my config back? Really annoying :( Never had that pr...

Sabnzbd 0.7.20 crashes in module _yend.pyd [Windows]

Hi, I have some big download packages, and sabnzbd. crashes every one to two days, and all I get in my Windows eventlog is the following entry: "Fehlgeschlagene Anwendung SABnzbd.exe, Version 0.7.20.0, fehlgeschlagenes Modul _yenc.pyd, Version 0.0.0.0, Fehleradresse 0x000019e7." It's a Ger...

Re: Error reading NZB file

Hi shypike, did you try to download the file? In fact, when I split the download into three equally big parts (i.e. manually select parts 1-20, 21-40, and so on), it works, and it also works with many other files in the same folder, from the same Source. The problem seems to be specific to this one ...

Error reading NZB file

Hi, no matter where I try to create and download a NZB file of this type, Sabnzbd cannot read it. Why? Other files from that site work. Here is a link, the same happens when I download the whole NZB from binsearch or other hosters: https://nzbindex.com/search/?q=wu5ur2gtz2ky8d6tawq71i I keep getting...

Re: Password in Name not working

Will be in a later release. It was added in a hurry a long time ago and was never improved. Thanks for the explanation, I guess improving this is really worth it, since a lot of NZB releases nowadays come password encrypted for obvious reasons... So a good password management will be useful to a co...

Re: Password in Name not working

Hi, I use watch-folders, so I never use the add nzb dialog. But why do you make it so complicated? Why not have an option (Editline) that says "password" in the webui when you click on the details of a job, where a user simply enters the password, without the requirement for having to know...

Re: Sabnzbd takes twice the time than reported (and expected

Hi, extracting is very fast on my system, for example it takes only 2 minutes to extract 4GB of RAR archives. And the option to halt download during post processing is not enabled. is it possible that something goes terribly slow when the watched folder, which is located on a server drive, is inacce...

Re: Sabnzbd takes twice the time than reported (and expected

Hi, okay, I am still investigating this issue, and I am thankful for your help. I have pasted a logfile for one particular download, so the amount of data is quite manageable, have a look here: http://pastebin.com/1VXpddvy First of all, Sabnzbd reports that this download of "File001.placeholder...
