Thanks for the tip that it might be a client. Ultimately found NZB Control running on my personal Mac may have been the cause.
I also restarted Radarr and Sonarr at the same time so one of those three must have been doing something.

High CPU and slowness even when not downloading
In the past couple weeks I've found Sabnzbd is crashing on my Mac. If I load it, I can't even click on settings without it spinning the browser (doesn't matter which browser) and taking forever. If I'm lucky, it will load settings... otherwise it sits around 120% CPU then says "lost connection&...

Re: False .jig files in series
Any news on the .jig files? Isn't impacting operation, but a nuisance as it throws an error every time. Would be nice if we could just ignore that file extension.

Re: Downloads sit in queue not processing 2.3.0
So far 2.3.1RC1 hasn't fixed the problem. No connections to any servers, all files are 100% completed. It just slowly filters files into unpacking every 10-15 minutes or so. Shows 1MB (4 articles) in the used cache (when I just checked after pausing) but I have probably 80 files sitting at 100% comp...

Re: Downloads sit in queue not processing 2.3.0
Attached is a screen cap of what I mean..it will go on like this for pages if I have a lot to download = Queue showing "100%" green as being downloaded, and none are in the History showing completed/verifying/unpacking etc. It used to be once a file was 100% green it would flip to the Hist...

Downloads sit in queue not processing 2.3.0
I noticed since 2.3.0 or when direct unpack was implemented, downloads will sit completed in the queue for a long time before they start unpacking. This happens with or without direct unpack enabled. If I download 25 files, only maybe one will start unpacking before the rest are downloaded... then t...

Aborted, cannot be completed (blocks processing)
I have it set to abort jobs that cannot be completed, but when it happens the file is placed in the History (queue) and all "ok" downloads start queuing up behind it in a Waiting state. It seems to take about 15 minutes or so (doesn't seem exact but close) for the aborted job to finally ac...

Re: Very slow unpacking SabNZBD 1 OS X
Hmmm, I changed to the Users/Documents folder which is a real local drive and had same results. I will try again and reboot between just to be sure things are fully changed over. (no USB drive) I also re-mapped my NAS drive and got better results (56 MB/s) and will test that... hopefully both are fi...

Re: Very slow unpacking OS X to NAS SMB3
As a follow-up, I switched to a local drive on my Mac and its just as slow... eliminating the NAS as the source of the issues.
Trying to go back to previous version of SABnzbd but doesn't appear to be all that simple...

Very slow unpacking SabNZBD 1 OS X
I have been running sabnzbd on Windows for years and am switching to Mac OS X for everything in my home. One thing I notice is that my PC can unpack a file connected to my Synology NAS very quickly, but my newly installed 1.0 version [a58bb38] of Sabnzbd takes perhaps 50x as long. I've verified its ...

Re: Warning: Empty NZB File
Since #1 had already happened, I found an easy way to re-inject them... well not easy but workable. I copied the entire screen of empty NZB errors and pasted into an email message. The links turned into hyperlinks, and I was able to click on each one and re-download. I know I wouldn't need it if the...

Re: Warning: Empty NZB File
Yup, I posted it over there.
The answer I got back so far was to upgrade my account so I didn't hit the 100 download a day limit.
Hopefully someone interested in solving it will see it and find a fix.
I'm still curious about #1 and #2 though.... thats sabnzbd specific.

Warning: Empty NZB File
I am using oznsb and have a 100 download limit per day. Sabnzbd doesn't care about this limit. It will try download as many files sent too it or retrieved from a cart. It appears that any file over 100 gives up an error: Warning: Empty NZB File (with a bunch of info including a link) and those downl...
