Re: Media Rover

Hey annaj, Hey! I'm wondering if there is a way to prioritize based on the title of an nzb in addition to file extention? Right now I have it set with high quality being .mkv and prioritizing .mkv over other formats. What I'd like to do is replace already downloaded .mkvs with new, higher quality .m...

Re: Media Rover

Hey paulkoan, Hello, I was wondering if there was a way with mediarover to prioritise quality from the perspective of the download queue, rather than what is on disk? So mediarover consumes the various nzb sources I have, and comes up with three different sources for a download. What I would like it...

Re: Media Rover

Hey Lockzi, Media Rover died unexpectedly: global name 'DELAYED_ITEM_NOTIFICATION' is not defined I just pushed an update that should fix the above problem. Grab the latest from the dev branch and you should be good to go. Note: the notification system is still under development and you may run into...

Re: Media Rover

Hey hayesb2, Still no GUI? I've actually started testing the GUI locally in my own network. It's been slow going as I haven't had much time to dedicate to MR the last couple of months but it is progressing. At the moment it's pretty limited and basically allows you to configure all MR options throug...

Re: Problem after updating

Hey jmagg, After a year plus of problem free use, I decided to update sabnzbd+. Mediarover quit working, so I updated that as well. Now, it almost works. It seems to choke on shows with a date instead of sXXeXX. Can someone help? Sorry for the late reply, were you able to figure this problem out? If...

Re: Media Rover

Thanks, I am  up and running now with an older version of Sab5, i suspect this issue will come up soon as more people upgrade their SAB though. I just pushed MR 0.7.5. It should fix the version check issue you reported. Also, I checked and the __check_version__ flag seems to be work as expected (ev...

Re: Media Rover

Hey hayesb2,
hayesb2 wrote: GUI update???
I've got a very basic web interface up and running. I'm currently working towards making MR configurable via the web interface. Once that's done I'll push my changes to the dev branch and start adding more features.

Re: Media Rover

Hey mike171562, I upgraded to the Dev Version of mediarover and the most recent Sab 6.1, I am getting the error reported earlier mediarover.error.UnknownQueue: SABnzbd 0.5.0 or greater required! Re: Media Rover

Hey loadme, any chance of getting a GUI here? looks really great, but getting all set up by comand line is not very user friendly. i understand that many of you prefer it this way, but there are much more ppl out there, that would use this, if it would be easier to set up :) Ya I know, a GUI would b...

Re: Media Rover

Ok, I know why you are having sorting issues: the Newzbin code responsible for parsing the report title is partitioning the code on the string ' - '. Normally this shouldn't cause any problems as all newzbin reports are basically three sections separated by ' - '. However, in your case I'm guessing ...

Re: Media Rover

Edit: I think I figured out the issue here. I was using a script from 0.6 which had the many different parameters passed. I think updating to the new version of the script with modified syntax will take care of this issue, though I can't test it in this particular instance since I deleted it alread...

Hey avatarr, An update on my cron job issues. Re: Media Rover

...but what is the best / preferred method of "upgrading"? Is it just a matter of extracting and dumping everything in the archive into the already-existing mediarover folder? cp -R /path/to/071/* /path/to/070/ ? I suppose you could unpack a new release into an existing folder. If there a...
