A simple reboot resolved this issue.....I still don't know the cause.

It would seem that I do not have permissions to even delete UnRar.exe, so therefore it cannot install the new verison. IN fact, I do not even have read permissions to view the properties of the file - even as Admin

I have found a workaround for this - I have utilised the Document Category that I was not using, and have used that to parse the SABnzbd category that I require.
If anyone knows how to add more user categories, I would be interested to know how.

Thanks for the feedback. I have now written my own script for books. Sabnzbd downloads to /RSS Downloads/Books, then moves them to my /AutoAddBooks folder on Dropbox. It then moves all the .epub/ files from the downloaded book folders, back to the main /AutoAddBooks folder and then removes the empty...
