I've installed sabnzbdplus using the method above and also also using apt-get and they both worked fine and didn't mess up my UI.

It's really easy and you wont break the web UI. There are a number of how to tutorials out there for the WD My Book Live. Just google for it.

When the download is complete it fails. I believe it's related to not being able to find par2. That's the only difference that I've found so far.

Par2 not found when using Sudo command
I've install sabnzbd+, unrar, and par2 using the optware pkg installer on my WD My Book Live. It all works great as long as I run sabnzbd as root. Has anyone been able to get Sabnzbd+ and Sickbeard working with optware? I have sabnzbd+ running great on my WD MyBookLive but I'm having trouble getting Sickbeard setup... any helpful tips would be appreciated.

From what I can tell I have installed sabnzbd properly and have been able to start it up, but I can't seem to make a connection to sabnzbd.
