I use a different category for things added from sickgear ('sg' in my case) which allows me to retain the default 'tv' category for things added from the ui.

Maybe also look at sickgear - very stable without any of the drama that has been associated with sickrage.

Probably a permissions problem - but looking at my install I have /downloads/complete and /downloads/incomplete as my folders (note the small 'd'). Try these and see if you have access then to your files in /c/media/videos. If not, install the SSH addon and use something like WinSCP to access the NA...
