Just to say thanks chrblack, your solution worked great.

Found out the problem...
I was downloading and extracting to the same USB HD...After doing some reading,
I changed this all to my HD's on PC and don't use USB for this anymore.

I was getting a bit worried as i run an 3.4 Ghz i7 12GB ram.

How do i add a image file for cover art ?

Please remember i am new to this..

I ended up turning off auto extract and switched from Winrar to 7zip,seems to be a lot better now
I will try enable auto extract with 7zip and see how that goes...

New here and to SAPnbzd.

Can i turn off auto extraction and do it manualy later ?

Seems i can't download anything while extraction is running, and i have an Dell with i7 processor.
Also extraction seems to take forever.
