I have seen a sudden drop in download speed, any suggestion on determining if it's my news provider or my ISP?

Unpack folders
Hi all, I have a handful of _Unpack_ folders that have files in them that were not moved. I am not sure why they are suddenly appearing. I have 'Enable folder rename' checked. I also had 'Direct Unpack' check (I have unchecked it to see if that solves this). There are files in the folders that seem ...
