Had this same issue with Ubuntu 12.04 clean install launching as regular user. To resolve I had to install lynx-cu, then run "lynx http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd" go through quick setup and explicitly set the option to make sabnzbd accessible from anywhere. It's the same thing as making lis...
