http://www.appelboor.com/newsserver.html is offline from some days. What's happens?
How can I find updated free news server now? I can't use sabnzdb without them

No IPv6 address detected [more info] >:(

Yesterday I had an ipv6 address

----------
EDIT:
Really strange I've solved my problem adding a new connection in my Windows 7, now I have again ipv6 address but about my DNS I see:
Your DNS server (possibly run by your ISP) appears to have no access to ...

Today don't work newszilla6.xs4all.nl and weathergirl-ipv6.tele2.net, sabnzbd says Invalid Server address!
No more free newsgroups

-------------
EDIT
My problem is that today, I don't know why, I don't have ipv6 connection!!!
Yesterday and last days all worked well... Really strange and bad

Ok, thanks

Ok but at this moment I see:
news.just4today.net (Looks good) 211 1 2 2 alt.binaries.boneless group selected (pseudo article) 25 IPv4-only
But If I try to test connection with sabnzbd I obtain:
(10061, 'Failed to connect: (10060, "(10061, \'Connection refused\')") [email protected]:119')

Ok, it works now! Firefox has saved password, after deleted it all works now.
For the other question? Why just4today doesn't works for me?

I have Ipv6 but I can't connect to weathergirl-ipv6.tele2.net.
The problem is user and pass.
Sabnzbd fill the fields user and pass with the same user and pass that I use for xsusenet and Is impossible to delete them. If I test the server I obtain:

502 weathergirl-read.tele2.net: Access denied to ...

Thanks, doesn't work and I don't understand why.
I remember you that I'm in Italy, maybe doesn't work for Italian ip address

10/10 for your IPv4 stability and readiness, when publishers offer both IPv4 and IPv6
0/10 for your IPv6 stability and readiness, when publishers are forced to go IPv6 only ...

ping news.readfreenews.net works for me also.... all packets are transmitted and received nothing loss, very strange.
Is this the right configuration in sabnzbd?

Host news.readfreenews.net
Port 119
Username "blank" (nothing inside)
Password "blank" (nothing inside)
Connections 3
all other fields ...

Thanks for your reply sander.
I'm using correctly free.xsusenet.com , the only usenet server that I can use for free (but only 10 day retention) and it works fine, if with sabnzbd I try to test server I obtain ever "connection successful!" Some days ago I could use also news.just4today.net but seems ...

I'm from Italy and with free.tweaknews.nl and news.readfreenews.net I obtain ever connection timed out. Why this?
