Re installed and I'm now getting 8.6 MB which is much better.
By the way Shypike Im with Supernews...running on a acer Revo RL 70 4gb.

Guys/Girls Hopefully someone will be able to help me out on this problem I seem to have regarding this speed issue. My Isp is Virgin Media, I have the Biggest package(100Meg) therefore I have no throttling or capping !! I've just changed to Sabnzbd from ALt Binz, but for some reason I cant get my sp...
