Re: [WINDOWS] SABSync - TV Show Syncing

ah, well for the nzb backup directory, i didn't have that path set in sab.  I guess that means that I haven't been backing up nzb's? I only download either via rss feed or using nzbdstatus, so I guess I never needed the backup folder.  If the folder isn't set in sab configs, is there a default folde...

Re: [WINDOWS] SABSync - TV Show Syncing

Great program.  I am not sure if this has been discussed, but I am having a few problems. The first problem is that when sabsync is sending an nzb to sab, i am getting this error in the history 'URL Fetching Failed; Unusable NZB file, Try Again'  No matter how many times I click try again I get the ...

Idea on how to handle 'Proper' releases

Hi all, i had an idea today while sitting in work on what i think is a pretty common problem I have. Sometimes when I am downloading a show, lets call that show X, a group will release the proper a few hours later, causing me to have 2 versions of the same episode.  Now normally I would just add a f...

Re: SAB Interface Doesn't Look Right

i just realized that for whatever reason, the "more" links in the download window are coming up normal, even though the previous ones aren't changing back.  Not sure why, but since they are almost pushed off my screen i guess it doesn't really matter.  Thanks again to shypike for your help.

Re: SAB Interface Doesn't Look Right

shypike - thanks very much for your quick response and help. reinstalling sab did fix (most of) both problems. For some reason, I wasn't able to save the certificate information in my browser, which is why i was getting that pop up error everytime I opened the browser.  For some reason after re-inst...

SAB Interface Doesn't Look Right

I opened up SAB today after lunch and noticed that the interface looked weird.  I can't really describe it, so I took a screenshot. http://cid-a1fc32b01cf40704.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Pictures/SAB/Sab%20Interface.png Right at the same time that this happened, I tried to open firefox on the compu...

SAB is not picking up all items in the RSS Feed

I have been doing a lot of reading lately and have heard that tvnzb has been having stability issues lately due to the increased traffic load. Because of this, I was going to switch to nzbs.org for my tv shows however when I create a search for x264 tv shows and input the rss feed into sab, not all ...

Re: Sabby!! [Windows Front-end] NZB STREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! feedback plz

this is a really ool little app. I first started the app in a random directory on my computer and it wasn't picking up my sab .ini settings.  Then i figured that i may have needed to start the app in the sab programs directory folder.  This also didn't pick up my sab settings. I then noticed that if...

Re: Newzbin replacement?

So i was playing around with the 'raw' and 'condensed' sections of newzbin and was trying to get a feed for those sections for tv shows. It said that there are no feeds available.  I didn't realize that newzbin didn't provide feeds for the condensed and raw sections.  Is this true, or am I doing so...

Re: Receiving Error " ssl_error_bad_mac_alert" RC3

I am also getting the same behaviour occasionally. If I kill the SABnzbd process and run it again the issue goes away for a while. It seems to happen randomly; I haven't been able to pin down a pattern. This actually did the trick for me.  Hopefully it happens infrequently enough that it won't anno...

Re: Receiving Error " ssl_error_bad_mac_alert" RC3

Well the problem has just spread to my other laptop running firefox after weave finished syncing.

I am going to try creating a new firefox profile, sans weave, and see if that solves the problem.

I will report back

Re: Receiving Error " ssl_error_bad_mac_alert" RC3

I am using the official firefox 3.6 release.

Now that I think about it, do you think Mozilla Weave (an extension to sync your firefox settings, history, passwords, bookmarks, basically everything but your extensions) could be causing the problem?

Receiving Error " ssl_error_bad_mac_alert" RC3

Hi All, I opened up my firefox today and I get a popup window that says "SSL peer reports incorrect message authentication code." I figured it had to do with SAB and having https enabled.  I clicked through the prompts and attempted to connect to the sab interface and I received the follow...
