Completed dir on cifs mount does not work
I'm running sabnzbd 0.6.9 on Ubuntu 11.04 against a FreeNAS 0.8 box with a cifs share. I want to unpack the completed downloads to a cifs mount on my filesystem. I mount it during boot time with fstab and with the user sabnzbd is working under, I can create and delete files on this mount. When I try...

Re: Sabnzbd won't listen on other IP than localhost (Ubuntu 9.10)
Bingo, found it. /etc/init.d/sabnzbd contains a link to /etc/default/sabnzbdplus. It is there where the networksettings are stored and used. This occurs at Ubuntu 9.10 and with the box-standard sabnzbd package (apt-get install sabnzbd)

Re: Sabnzbd won't listen on other IP than localhost (Ubuntu 9.10)
Problem remains the same: it just resets to localhost the next time I start it.

Re: Sabnzbd won't listen on other IP than localhost (Ubuntu 9.10)
The meaning of 0.0.0.0 is listen on all available host addresses. This should be localhost and the IP. For some reason this does not work on Ubuntu 9.10. If I put in my external ip (192.168.0.2) it just resets. Sabnzbd won't listen to anything else than localhost on my Ubuntu install. Thanks for th...

Sabnzbd won't listen on other IP than localhost (Ubuntu 9.10)
Hi, I'm using Sabnzbd 0.4.12 on Ubuntu 9.10 (Desktop). I'm trying to get it to listen to 192.168.0.2 (the ip address of my server) instead of localhost, but both 0.0.0.0 and the ip address won't work. Everytime I restart Sab, it'll use the localhost again. I tried to set it by hand in my sabnzbd.ini...

Re: How about multicore par?
I just installed the multi threaded version and damn, yes it's faster. I use a core2 Q9300 at 3.0 ghz and one of my downloaded dvd's took 45 minutes to repair at first. Now is was less than 15 minuten (didn't time it exact). The nice thing of having 8GB of RAM is that once the verification run has b...

Re: No unrar despite enabling the switch
Yup and strangely enough, while not changing anything in my config, the Windows installer version did start to unrar. The .zip version didn't, not after reinstalling that one (no config change)

Re: No unrar despite enabling the switch
There seems to be a glitch in the Win32 zip-package. I downloaded that again and used it: same problem. Then I tried the installer: problem gone, it extracts my files as I'm typing this. I haven't changed the configuration at all.
