I found the error.
I with selinux=disabled everything is working like charm.
If somebody else is expiriencing errors with Fed 21 Server, feel free to pm me.

Hi, i used to run sabnzb on old linux machine. But got new hardware these days. sabnzb is now running on Fed 21 Server. The daemon is already running.
