No it hasn't been downloaded. Only the first article has been downloaded. The repair fails because the total available par2 isn't enough.

You can see the category parsing in the Debug logging of Sab. Then you can also see what was provided to us by Prowlar.

I'm not sure I fully understand your setup.

The only way for me to do that is to be on there with my full personal name and address in the certificate. I don't want that.
We are not a company with an address so we can't get a certificate as an organization..

There are also SynoCommunity packages for Synology (see https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/installation/install-nas) , that are much simpeler for beginners.
They are available for SABnzbd/Sonarr/Radarr.

Then the nzbs don't contain any category information.
You can check that by opening the NZB with a text editor and see if it contains any Category tags at the top.
If they are there, Sab can use them to identify the correct category if configured correctly.

Yes this doesn't work if you have Renaming and Unwanted Files enabled.
But it should always log directory deletions in Debug mode.

And when you add them manually, how do you add them? Drag and drop or double click the NZB file?

How do you add downloads? RSS? Manual downloads? Watched folders?
What are your Categories settings?
