Re: SABNZBD for DSM 7.x don't rename films & series

Not sure what the issue could be. Are you sure the jobs are in the right category for which Sorting is also enabled?
Did you get any warnings or errors?

Re: SABNZBD for DSM 7.x don't rename films & series

Can you be a bit more specific? What is the current result and what is the expected result?
Also, what version of Sabnzbd are you using?

Re: Unable to start sabnzbd on CentOS7

Seems you are using Python 3.5 or 3.4. Those are not supported anymore by Python itself and not by SABnzbd.

Re: Please Add support for TAR files

You need to have the X bit (execute permission) set on the script file and it has to be in your Scripts folder. That's also documented in the link provided by sanderjo. In Config > Categories you can set this script for your Default category. This will run the script for every job in any category. I...

Re: failed to execute script pyi_rth_multiprocessing [Windows 7]

Just to double check, you are using the 32bit legacy Standalone version of Sabnzbd? Can you check if you have this one? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows-c0514201-7fe6-95a3-b0a5-287930f3560c Again, we don't officially support Windows 7 so no official...

Re: Please Add support for TAR files

See: https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/issues/1967
Seems that tar files should stay packed.

Re: Force unpack tar files

Currently you can't. But since unrar can open these things, it would be possible to implement it.
Maybe you can create a feature-request at https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/issues ?

Re: Help Assigning Category

If you open the NZB file with a text-editor, does it not something like this at the beginning?

Code: Select all

<meta type="category">TV &gt; HD</meta>
If it does show that, you should put in your Categories settings "TV > HD" and it should work.
Also make sure that you use SABnzbd 3.4.2.

Ah, then you should click Queue-Repair in the Status and Interface settings window.

Re: Not creating folder

https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/configuration/3.4/categories
The Folder or full path for final storage (relative folders are based of your complete folder, full paths are also allowed).
Ending the path with an asterisk * will prevent creation of job folders.

Re: Nothing downloading + "TypeError: can't concat int to bytes"

Shutdown sabnzbd, go to your Sabnzbd Admin directory (where your sabnzbd.ini is located) and remove the Totals.sab file.
Start Sab again.

It shouldn't do this, will check how it could have avoided the safe guards.
