Windows (11) NZB Default App setting lost with upgrade/update
This started with the last beta before the release of v4 today. When installing over an existing install, the file type association is lost. It is unassigned all together (no app defined). The checkmark to associate NZB during installation has no effect.

It was almost done downloading when I clicked trash can to delete it. Actually, it was a checkbox where the trash can usually sits just to the right of the active downloads listing.
