I forgot to add the workaround.
Add a dummy category at the end.
For example. Instead of just adding "Movies > UHD" you can add "Movies > UHD, dummy" and it will preserve the spaces.

How to reproduce:
Go to configurations
Go to categories
Create a category if one doesn't already exist
Add an indexer category of "Movies > UHD"
Save
Refresh page and see that all spaces have bee replaced with commas and each word is now it's own category

RSS feed saving to the wrong category
I have my rss feed setup to put movies in the "default" category. However, it seemingly randomly assigns some movies to the "misc" category that I've set up.
