It was saving the downloads to /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/QSabNZBd3/SAB_CONFIG/Downloads/complete after migrating to v3 instead of the share I had setup for v2, /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Download/sabnzbd/complete. When I download videos that are not categorized as TV / Movie the downloads complete but sometimes, not always, disappear from the folder setup as the Completed folder. It seems that Removing and re-installing removed all of my settings. Is there any way to get those back easily or do I just have to re-configure from scratch? That's going to take a while.

Tried it on Windows and it worked fine with the repair. I did notice that it said something about "Direct Unpacking enabled ... only works for jobs that do not need repair". Not sure if that has anything to do with this but maybe the QNAP is trying to unpack collections that do need repair?
