Freenas Nice Parameters
I have a Xeon E5 2683v3 that is being maxed out during verification. I've looked around and tried "-n10" to avoid the issue without any luck. Can anyone recommend parameters that will only use ~50% of the cpu resources?

Freenas: not updating disk space
I've got everything setup and working in iocage jails, but I'm having an issue with the disk space not updating once files are moved. Restarting through CLI with the command iocage restart sabnzbd will correct things, but restarting through the web ui doesn't help. Is there something I'm missing tha...
