Re: Downloading slow with ASUS RT-N66U Router
Puzzled that was a great idea! But now I'm puzzled because now it's fast with the ASUS router! I have done nothing except disable one news server so I was left with just newsdemon and dropped it to 1 connection to do this experiment. It was at 2.5 MB.s with 1 connection. Then I went to 2, 4, 8 and i...

Re: Downloading slow with ASUS RT-N66U Router
Update: I just restored the ISP-provided router and it also shows no IPv6 in the Sabnzbd status window - so I guess that's not a difference
Also, there are no QOS settings that's I can see.

Re: Speed Help
crabcola - did you ever resolve this? I am noticing the same 2.5 MB/s cap as you and the other user RichKK, which seems too suspicious to be a coincidence. One twist is that the cap only occurs when I use a certain router (details in are in my post titled "Downloading slow with ASUS RT-N66U Rou...

Downloading slow with ASUS RT-N66U Router
Hi there! I have a problem where downloads are slow when I use the ASUS RT-N66U Router as my gateway / DHCP server. By slow, I mean capped at about 2.7 MB/s. However, when I switch to my crappy ISP-provided router (Arris TG3482ER3) as the gateway, downloads are much faster - 17-18 MB/s. Environment:...
