Windows 10 (not some cracked one !), RAM = 8 Go. About the rights question, the server desappears before I try to download anything.

All is in the title. Preaviously, i used astraweb server as news server. But now, it seems not to work more...So I wanted to use Eweka (news eweka nl port 563 (SSL)). So I defined correspondant settings on the server page. But, after settings, when I want to change page, my Eweka settings are delete...
