I re-downloaded the NZB, and this time it downloaded just fine, without errors.
Unfortunately I already deleted the version that caused the problems, so I can't reproduce the error either.

OK, solved? I read some more but couldn't really find anything. I added a new NZB, moved it to the top and look and behold: It started downloading again. I tested some more and it seems that just ONE NZBfile, that was already at 15 from the total of 18 Gb is causing the error. I moved it all the way...
