I feel like a right prat now, i had already swapped the cable, but i didnt try taking it out the switch and plugging direct into the router, as ive had the switch for about a year and everything else on it runs perfectly, just plugged direct to router and im DL'ing bk up to max 65MB/s Thank you for ...

Yeah, thats why im lost as to why its running that slow, my internet is 500mbps, so should be getting around 60-65MB/s,
The NAS has twin 2.5GbE ports, only using one but still more then enough.
Any ideas?

if using Sonarr and Radarr then you can set the file size to above normal sample sizes. so for me i set them at 150MB, just to make sure
